Crispy Cinnamon Garbanzo Beans

This is the recipe for a healthy snack treat that tastes like it should be bad for you! It's high in fiber, loaded with B vitamins for promoting energy, and vitamin E and zinc for boosting your immune system.

1 15oz can of Eden organic garbanzo beans, no salt added
2 Tbsp grapeseed oil

2 Tbsp organic coconut palm sugar

3/4 Tsp ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Rinse and dry garbanzo beans
3. In a bowl, toss the beans with the oil and sugar
4. Spread them in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Roast them in the oven until crunchy and no longer soft in the centers, about 45 minutes, stirring them a few times while cooking to prevent burning
5. Immediately toss the beans in a bowl with the cinnamon and salt. Cool and serve.
